We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to lead client development teams and build high-performance Unity applications. You’ll collaborate with agile teams and architect projects for international clients.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead client development teams, ensuring high performance and maintainability of code
  • Collaborate with agile teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers
  • Plan and implement project architecture, tools, and development pipelines
  • Design and optimize client-server communication systems
  • Develop and integrate functions, modules, and key systems independently

Performance & Environment:

  • Support and improve development environments and workflows
  • Profile and optimize Unity applications for multiple platforms
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
  • Integrate third-party APIs, analytics, and marketing tools

Technical Requirements

Core Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Unity Developer
  • Expert knowledge of Unity3D and C# programming
  • Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development
  • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Unity & Development:

  • Experience in developing user interfaces and asset management systems
  • Application optimization and performance profiling skills
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment
  • Understanding of game server architecture and client-server interactions
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and analytical tools
  • Ability to independently develop projects from concept to deployment

Bonus Skills:

  • Unity’s modern features: DOTS, URP, Visual Scripting
  • Mobile optimization and platform-specific development
  • VR/AR development experience
  • Multiplayer frameworks and networking

Soft Skills:

  • Advanced English for international client communication
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with independent project management skills
